Information held
Our website is owned and operated by KID RAPT LTD and is hosted by ADVANCED WEB DESIGNS LTD in Hertford. Both parties are committed to safeguarding your privacy online and protecting your data is of prime importance to us.
1. We have structured our website such that you can visit us without revealing any personal information. If you do choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, you can be sure it is only used in accordance with these guidelines.
2. If you complete our online enquiry form, the following information will be required -
In order to respond to your enquiry, we shall initially email you and send any specific information you require. Any further information given within the body of the enquiry is optional, but will be treated in the same way as the mandatory information supplied. Email enquiries are deleted on a regular basis so unless you continue the correspondence with KID RAPT LTD, or become a customer, your details are not retained.

3. To allow you access to the website members area of our website, we hold the following information –
This information is used to allow you automatic access to the resources on our website. The information is stored in an ACCESS database and is presented in the form of a CSV file which cross checks the application to enter the member’s area. The member’s area of the website is designed for exclusive use of clients who choose to do business with KID RAPT LTD. As such the database also holds telephone numbers and business addresses.

4. Away from our website, our business activity is conducted using proprietary SAGE software. This allows all of our interactions with both customers and suppliers to be carried out in a professional fashion. On this system, we record all orders and invoices, all stock control and all financial activities. As such customers and suppliers of KID RAPT LTD will have relevant information stored by us on this system. This will obviously include not only contact details but also details of delivery addresses and recipients, bank account details, credit terms, financial spend patterns and debit and credit status. This information is used to allow commercial activity to take place, and for statutory record keeping and reporting.

5. Newsletters. As part of the service to our customers, we distribute monthly correspondence in the form of newsletters. This is done through MailChimp and consent will be sought before you receive these correspondences. You can opt out at any time by responding to the link on the newsletter.

6. Cookies. We use ‘Cookies’ on our website. ‘Cookies’ are used to allow customers to browse the member’s area of the site.
7. Sharing of information. We only share information where necessary to conduct our business, for example, names and addresses for logistics operations, third party suppliers delivering directly to our clients, account details for banking activities and other directly related business activities. We will not pass on your information to any organisation outside of Kid Rapt Ltd or any of our business partners unless you have specifically requested it.
8. Your rights. You may request details of what personal information we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee of £10 will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held, please write to –
