How do you go about doing this? Where do you go to find out what injuries are happening in your area, and how they are happening? How do you then identify the type of equipment or intervention that will help? Is what you are proposing in line with current ‘best practice’ or are there any controversies surrounding any aspect?
This is where Kid Rapt aims to help, by being your behind the scenes ‘partner’. We benefit from the experiences and feedback from schemes and projects around the country, whether it is related to the provision of voucher schemes for child safety products, or the integration of fitting services within a project. All this experience is freely available to our clients and we are always happy to offer this ‘consultancy’ service.
As a client of Kid Rapt Ltd, you have access to our member’s area, which gives you many downloadable resources including researched newsletter articles, product information sheets, project evaluation reports, national strategy documents and other information that will be invaluable when building a case for a project. The newsletter items are archived and a search facility gives you access to several years worth of information.
Please review our testimonials to see what our existing clients say about our level of expertise and service.
But it’s not all about equipment –
A large part of any projects remit is to raise awareness of dangers within the home. It may indeed be inappropriate in some cases, to put interventions into a home and we can identify many cases where the provision of equipment has actually added to the risks in a home. This type of information can change the way you look at risk assessment processes and your own Home Safety check schemes.
